Transitional Care Center
Short-Term Rehabilitation Center
Our rehabilitation center is staffed with a dynamic and caring team of clinical professionals that work in unison with licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists to ensure that you attain the best possible recovery.
We offer a variety of comprehensive rehabilitation programs. Our programs focus on post-hospital, orthopedic, neurologic and pulmonary recovery, as well as other medically complex conditions. Our goal is to help our patients to return to their previous level of functioning following an injury, surgery or illness.
